A quick simple recipe, rich and creamy. Serve with linguini. 

Makes 4 servings
  • 200g fresh prawns
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 250ml double cream
  • 1/2 chilli, chopped finely
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • bunch green onions, chopped
  • handful parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a pan and heat until nearly foaming. Put the shrimps in the butter and cook for a couple of minutes on each side, until pink. Add the chilli, garlic, green onions, and paprika, and cook for 3 minutes, then add the cream. Add salt and pepper, then add the pasta (cooked al dente) to the pan. Mix well and serve, sprinkled with parsley.
